11 MONTH WARRANTY INSPECTIONS

 

We perform about 400 11 month warranty inspections a year.  Almost all builders offer a builders warranty. Sometimes these are 1 year and sometimes they are 2 year warranties. In which we will come in and do a full inspection on the house.

Our house inspection by a Certified Master Inspector (CMI)® is based on observations of the visible and  conditions of the interior and exterior of the structure, including its major systems and components. Following your inspection, you will receive a comprehensive report, complete with photos, that includes information on any material defects observed on the date of the inspection. With this information, you can take the report to your builder to fulfill their warranties while they’re still in force.

-Exterior / siding-trim

-Roof

-Garage

-Electrical/Heating/Plumbing Systems

• Kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom doors, windows, outlets, switches, etc.

-Attic and Crawlspace if there is one

-We will do a thermal scan of every house we inspect.

We also come in and show you how to operate your house, and tips on how to maintain the house,

With the hurry and rush method of builders these days and the pressure of purchasing the house it really becomes necessary to have a inspection done. Sometimes this is the first inspection a home buyer has. The list is never ending on the issues that are either missed or simply neglected by the builder.  We make these things clear.  We constantly are finding gas leaks at the meter. We are finding areas of missing insulation.  Regularly finding blocked or non functioning air ducts.  And there is MOLD.
