At the conclusion of your home inspection you will receive a detailed report along with color pictures describing any and all areas that might need work. Our report will address 4 major areas of concern for your home: 1) major defects, 2) things that lead to major defects, 3) things that may hinder your ability to finance, legally occupy, or insure the home, and 4) safety hazards.

A master inspector is a title awarded to an inspector once they have reached the lofty standards and high level of competency that the board of certifications has set forth. They have also: Completed 1,000 fee-paid inspections and/or hours of inspection-related Continuing Education courses (combined) in their lifetime; been in the inspection business for at least three years; Abide by the Master Inspector Certification Board Code of Ethics; Substantially follow a Board-approved Standards of Practice.
