They have also: Completed 1,000 fee-paid inspections and/or hours of inspection-related Continuing Education courses (combined) in their lifetime; been in the inspection business for at least three years; Abide by the Master Inspector Certification Board Code of Ethics; Substantially follow a Board-approved Standards of Practice.
