Warranty Inspection in Lake Stevens Washington

Worked all week delivering these door hangers to new home in Lake Stevens Washington and Bonney Lake Washington. The number of issues I see on houses is unbelievable as I am walking through neighborhoods. I saw a large piece of wood simply stuck on a roof waiting to fall down. Broken pieces of house at a number of locations.

If you recently bought a house in the King, Pierce or Snohomish counties in the last year. It is absolutely necessary to get a warrant inspection. The type of issues we find on houses on a regular basis is real. From faulty plumbing to MOLD in the attic or crawlspace. Happens every day. Poor or improper ventilation in the will lead to poor air quality in the house.  And lead to a new roof. New roof due to MOLD

This photo is a pic of a house this week that is getting a new roof due to heavy mold in the attic. The mold developed so bad in 3 year the roof, sheathing and some of the framing is being replaced.  We inspected this house a month ago and informed the owner. The builder has agreed to replace the roof.

This is this week in Granite Falls, Wa

We are involved with other inspectors in large chat groups that talk about the many issues on these houses. From new houses needing new roofs, new siding, major sewer issues or ventilation issues. We constantly talk together about spotting these issues and ways builders are correcting them.  Roof flashing issues are very common problem along with drainage around the house insuring the crawlspace is dry.  We would love to teach you about these things as we are inspecting.

Call 4 Seasons now to schedule a 11 Month Warranty Inspection. We are here to help,
